Refund Policy

We aim to be generous yet sustainable with refunds. This page explains how annual, monthly, and one-time purchases are handled so Creem customers know exactly what to expect before checkout.

1. General Policy

AI Image Describer subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing period you select. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case to balance platform costs with user experience. The guidelines below help you understand when refunds are approved.

2. Eligibility

  • Annual plans: Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 10 images were processed.
  • Monthly plans: Non-refundable but we can add prorated credits when outages exceed 24 hours or the service fails to deliver promised functionality.
  • One-time purchases: Contact support within 48 hours if results differ materially from the product description.

3. How to Request

Email support@aiimagedescriber.prowith your account email, order ID, and a short description of the issue. We respond within two business days and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days via Creem.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized disputes may lead to account suspension while we investigate. We’re committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.

5. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect new monetization models or regional regulations. Updates take effect when posted; we will notify active subscribers of significant changes via email.
